This Valentine’s Day charcuterie board is all about leaning into the fun — pinks and reds, playful shapes, and just enough whimsy to make it feel special without being fussy. It’s the kind of board that makes people smile before they even take a bite, with classic sweet-and-savory snacks dressed up in heart shapes and Cupid-inspired details. Think romantic, but lighthearted — perfect for date night, Galentine’s, or a cozy night in.

What really sets this board apart are the homemade touches. A wheel of brie gets a heart-shaped cutout filled with glossy red jam, turning a familiar cheese into a total centerpiece. Flour tortillas become crisp, heart-shaped crackers after a quick bake, and sliced cheeses get the same treatment with cookie cutters for easy, on-theme layers. Cherry tomatoes are sliced and skewered into little heart “arrows,” Babybel cheeses get tiny heart windows cut through the red wax, and salami rosettes are shaped using glasses of different sizes to add height and drama to the board.

From there, it’s all about filling in the gaps with things that feel festive and irresistible. Chocolate is non-negotiable, strawberry Pocky adds a playful pop of color, and a mix of crunchy nuts, crackers, and wafers keeps everything snackable and balanced. The result is a board that feels thoughtful and creative, but still relaxed — a love-day spread that’s meant to be picked at, admired, and enjoyed together.
