This ultra-glam Tiffany mimosa is made with sparkling wine and blue curaçao to get that perfect little blue box shade. This champagne cocktail is an excellent choice for a bachelorette, a New Year celebration, a gender reveal party, or just a fun and fancy dinner party!

These striking blue Tiffany mimosas walk the line between classy, posh, and playful, making them perfect for a winter-themed party or a luxe brunch moment. They have the sparkle and ease you’d expect from a classic mimosa , but with a bold pop of color and a flavor twist that makes them feel a little extra special.
The idea started with Yuzu Bakes , who shared a blue curaçao mimosa inspired by a cocktail from her favorite bar. I loved the concept and took it in a slightly brighter, more citrusy direction, borrowing elements from a French 75 by adding fresh lemon juice and a touch of honey simple syrup. That combination brings balance — lightly sweet, gently tart, and bubbly — while still letting the blue curaçao shine with its subtle bitter orange flavor.
The signature color is a nod to Tiffany & Co.’s iconic robin’s-egg blue boxes, achieved by mixing blue curaçao with sparkling wine and just enough honey to soften the edges. A quick sugar rim adds sparkle (think diamonds), and the whole thing comes together in minutes with nothing more than champagne flutes and a good bottle of bubbly. It’s effortless, festive, and exactly the kind of cocktail that gets people asking what’s in their glass.

Are Tiffany mimosas sweet?
This Tiffany mimosa recipe isn’t particularly sweet. The strongest flavors will be citrus from the lemon juice and bitter orange from the blue curaçao. If you pick a sweeter sparkling wine, you’ll end up with a sweeter drink overall.
Are there any alternatives to blue curaçao?
Blue curaçao is essential to getting that Tiffany blue color. You could replace the liqueur with some Triple Sec; however, you’re dancing closer to a classic mimosa look this way. If you want to avoid buying a bottle of blue curaçao, you can use Triple Sec and add blue food coloring until you get just the right shade of blue.
Can I use lemonade in this Tiffany mimosa recipe?
You can use lemonade to replace the lemon juice in this recipe, but keep in mind you’ll end up with a sweeter cocktail.
