After you make it, snap a quick pic and share it in the recipe comment section. One lucky winner will be chosen at random to win a $150 gift card!

Recipe: Cook the recipe of the month. Sign up to our Cooking Club emails so you’ll know as soon as another challenge begins.
Take a picture: Before you dig into the tasty meal you made, snap a quick pic with your phone. It doesn’t need to be fancy!
Leave a comment: Share your picture in the comment section of the assigned recipe. Make sure to use an email address you check frequently as we will contact you via the email address you use to leave the comment. (Don’t worry, it’s not shared publicly.)

June 2024 Cooking Club Recipe

This month, we’re making shrimp tacos ! This is one of my family’s favorite dinner recipes, and I hope it becomes one of your favorites, too.

This recipe is all about the taco sauce. It’s a creamy little number with oodles of flavor from lime juice, cilantro, some green onion, and (secret ingredient!) pickled jalapeños. It does double duty as both the coleslaw dressing and taco sauce drizzle.

We often keep these tacos simple with just the seared shrimp, sauce, and coleslaw, but you can get wild with the toppings. Guacamole, pico de gallo, cheese, black beans, and pickled onions all taste great with these tacos.
