Broccoli and cheese casserole is a childhood favorite of mine. I absolutely loved its cheesy goodness that actually made broccoli taste good. This was pre-liking vegetables, of course. Now, I can roast broccoli with some lemon juice and salt and pepper and be good to go. However, I still have a soft spot for that broccoli casserole. Honestly, I didn’t know there were variations of it when I was a kid. But, now there are so many types of broccoli casseroles out there. I have a feeling this casserole was a favorite for a lot of us so everyone started making different versions of the recipe as we grew up and got our own kitchens.
