Strawberry spinach salad is one salad recipe that you won’t be able to stop eating. It’s a spinach salad loaded with sweet strawberries, toasted pecans, feta cheese, a little red onion, and dressed in a delicious strawberry vinaigrette.

This is the salad I make on repeat once warm weather hits — the one everyone happily piles onto their plate. The bright flavors and sweet berries make it feel perfect for summer, and I’ve even seen salad skeptics go back for seconds. That’s how good it is.
When strawberries are in season and sun-ripened, they’re so sweet they almost taste like candy, and I love how they play off the slightly bitter spinach. I finish the salad with toasted nuts, salty feta, crisp red onion, and a simple strawberry vinaigrette that ties everything together. Fair warning: it’s very hard to stop eating this one.
Two more strawberry salads to try are my strawberry balsamic chicken salad and my strawberry arugula salad .

Variations to try
- Instread of strawberries, try blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, or a combination.
- Walnuts, pistachios, or almonds can be used in place of pecans.
- Try using a mix of arugula and spinach – it’s delicious!
- If you have a ripe avocado on hand, dice it and add it to the salad.
