No-bake energy bites—energy balls, bliss balls, whatever you want to call them—are one of those snacks I know you love. And honestly, when they taste this good, the name really doesn’t matter. These are the kind of treats that disappear fast because they hit that sweet spot between satisfying and snackable.

They’re a total win because there’s no baking involved: just mix, roll, and you’re done. Toasted nuts, coconut, chewy oats, and a touch of maple syrup come together into an irresistible combo that feels indulgent without going overboard. They keep well on the counter for about a week and even longer in the freezer, making them perfect for easy snacking, lunchboxes (when nuts are allowed), after-school treats, or tossing into a bag for hikes and bike rides. And since they’re low in sugar, they’re the kind of snack you can feel good about reaching for again and again.
