This tahini maple dressing is one I personally make on repeat because it instantly makes simple meals feel special. I drizzle it over salads, fish, and chicken, spoon it onto baked sweet potatoes, and use it as a dip for fresh veggies. I usually make a batch at the start of the week, and it’s amazing how many everyday meals it upgrades with almost no effort.

The flavor is all about balance, which is what I love most about it. Nutty tahini gives the dressing its backbone, pure maple syrup adds warmth and sweetness, and apple cider vinegar (or lemon juice, depending on what I have on hand) brings a bright, tangy contrast. A little minced garlic sharpens everything just enough without stealing the spotlight.

It comes together in about five minutes and keeps really well in the fridge, so I’m always happy to have it ready to go. It’s one of those sauces I reach for without thinking, and once you try it, you’ll probably start doing the same.
