These Greek-style lamb burgers are juicy and bursting with bold flavors. Using ground lamb, kalamata olives, feta cheese, mint, hummus, and tzatziki, they’re a delicious way to mix up your standard burger fare. They’re easy to make and ready in about 15 minutes!

When lamb is prepared well, its bold, savory flavor really shines. These Greek-style lamb burgers lean into that richness with classic Mediterranean ingredients that complement the meat rather than overpower it. The patties are made with ground lamb mixed with tangy feta, fresh mint, salty kalamata olives, and simple seasoning, then bound together with your choice of breadcrumbs or almond flour to keep them juicy and tender.
Once grilled, the burgers develop a delicious char that adds even more depth of flavor. They’re served on soft brioche buns and finished with creamy hummus and tzatziki in place of traditional condiments, plus fresh tomato, cucumber, and red onion for crunch and brightness. The result is a burger that’s hearty, flavorful, and surprisingly easy to make—perfect for anyone curious about cooking with lamb or craving bold Greek-inspired flavors.

Serving ideas
Enjoy these lamb burgers on their own, or make it a full Mediterranean meal. For me, a Greek salad is a must. Greek lemon potatoes are a nice addition, too. Another hearty side that goes well with these burgers is a Greek pasta salad .
Tip: Instead of regular tzatziki, try mint tzatziki !

Leftovers: If you have any leftover lamb patties, you can store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat them in a pan over low heat until hot.
