These sweet and tangy honey mustard pork chops are a huge hit! Juicy pork chops are seared in a skillet, then simmered in a rich honey-mustard sauce for a flavorful, fragrant dinner. This recipe gets bonus points because it’s a one-pan weeknight meal that’s ready in just 20 minutes!

Honey mustard pork chops are one of those dependable dinners I come back to again and again. The pork chops are quickly seared until juicy and golden, then finished in a tangy-sweet honey mustard sauce that coats every bite. It’s a simple recipe with big flavor—perfect for weeknights when I want something comforting but still a little special.
The sauce is really what makes this recipe shine. The balance of honey and mustard brings the pork chops to life, adding just the right mix of sweetness and zip without overpowering the meat. I always make extra so I can spoon it over roasted vegetables or drizzle it over rice, turning this into a complete, satisfying dinner everyone looks forward to.
Pork chops are delicious, and their mild flavor makes them a great option for everyone. If you love pork chops, also try my other pork chop recipes .
