These honey garlic pork chops are incredibly delicious and sure to become a new family favorite. I pan-sear the pork chops until they develop a beautiful golden crust, then simmer them in a homemade honey-garlic sauce that keeps them juicy, tender, and packed with flavor. It’s a quick, one-pan dinner that delivers big results with minimal effort.

They’re also wonderfully versatile. I like to serve them with a simple vegetable side or a fresh salad for an easy, well-rounded meal. And if you’re lucky enough to have leftovers, they reheat beautifully right in the honey garlic sauce, making lunch the next day something to look forward to. They’re easy to make, juicy and tender (no dry pork chops here!), perfectly balanced between savory and sweet, irresistibly sticky and delicious, made with simple pantry ingredients, and finished in one pan for easy cleanup.

Tips for making the best honey garlic pork chops

This honey garlic pork chop recipe is easy to make, but here are a few pro tips to keep in mind to make them extra juicy and flavorful:

  • Make sure to dry the pork chops well with paper towels before cooking. Don’t skip this step! It helps to give them that beautiful golden crust.
  • After searing them, make sure to reserve any juices. This will add lots of flavor to the sauce.
  • Be careful not to overcook them or they will become chewy, but also make sure they reach an internal temperature of 145 Fahrenheit.
  • Serve them with a generous amount of honey garlic sauce drizzled over them. Because…who doesn’t love sauce?
