Garlic butter rice is an easy-to-make and incredibly delicious side dish. The buttery, garlicky rice topped with crispy garlic is sure to be a winner in your house.

Of all the rice recipes I make, this one is my absolute favorite — especially if you love garlic as much as I do. There’s so much buttery, garlicky flavor packed into every bite that I’ve definitely been tempted to eat a bowl of it and call it dinner. Add some veggies or protein if you want, but I won’t judge either way.
The real finishing touch is the sprinkle of crispy garlic on top of the perfectly cooked rice. It adds a deep, savory punch and a little crunch, elevating this humble side dish to a whole new level.
