This cotton candy champagne is bubbly, sweet, and perfect for parties! It’s sparkling wine served in a sprinkle-rimmed glass, then topped with a cloud of cotton candy. It’ll elevate your party, and it’s ready in minutes!

This cotton candy champagne cocktail is sparkling wine all dressed up. It’s playful, whimsical, and perfect for celebrations like New Year’s Eve, birthdays, or weddings—any time I want a drink that feels extra fun.
Even though it looks fancy, it couldn’t be easier to make. I dip the rims of the glasses in warm honey, coat them in festive sprinkles (this part can be done a day ahead), then carefully pour in sparkling wine. Right before serving, I top each glass with a fluffy tuft of cotton candy and let the magic happen.
For a kid-friendly or non-alcoholic version, I swap the sparkling wine for sparkling apple juice or dealcoholized bubbles. It’s sweet, festive, and guaranteed to delight guests of all ages—one of those drinks that gets smiles before the first sip.

Where to buy cotton candy
Depending on where you live, it may be tricky to find cotton candy. You can sometimes find it at big box stores, grocery stores, or dollar stores in the candy section. I’ve also found cotton candy here and at other independent online retailers. If you ask around in your community, you may even find someone who owns a cotton candy machine and it’s really easy to make!
