It’s a fun twist on bulletproof coffee , made with coconut oil instead of butter, plus turmeric and black pepper. The turmeric flavor stays subtle and mellow, mostly tucked behind the coffee, while the black pepper helps round everything out without standing out on its own.
All it takes is a mug of brewed coffee, coconut oil, turmeric, and black pepper blended until frothy. I pour it into a mug and sip it at home, or take it with me on busy mornings. It’s quick, simple, and a nice way to change things up without adding extra steps to the day.

If you’re more in the mood for a creamy coconut latte—sometimes called golden milk or turmeric milk—I use this recipe as a starting point.
