This Christmas mimosa is a festive twist on the traditional. It’s tart yet sweet and served in a sugar-rimmed champagne flute with a rosemary sprig. It’s easy to make, and it’s ready in just 5 minutes!

I love starting celebrations early with a Christmas mimosa. This ruby-hued drink is just as pretty as it is refreshing, and it adds an elegant, festive touch to anything from a slow holiday morning to a lively brunch with friends. Like a classic mimosa , it has a fruity base and plenty of bubbles, and best of all, there’s no shaking or stirring required.
I make it with a mix of orange juice and 100% cranberry juice, which gives the drink its vibrant color and a bright, tart edge that balances beautifully with sparkling wine like prosecco or cava. A quick sugar rim makes it feel extra special, and a garnish of fresh cranberries and a rosemary sprig adds both holiday flair and a wonderful piney aroma.
Whether I’m sipping one on the couch or serving a round at a Christmas brunch or party, this cranberry mimosa always feels right. It’s easy, festive, and one of those simple holiday drinks that looks impressive with almost no effort.

How to make a pitcher of Christmas mimosa
It’s easy to scale up this holiday mimosa recipe for a crowd. Start by dipping a few champagne flutes in sugar to give them a sugar rim. To scale up the quantities, use cups instead of ounces (1 cup of orange juice, one cup cranberry juice, three cups 1 bottle of sparkling wine). Pour it all into a large pitcher or punch bowl and serve it immediately with cranberries and rosemary sprigs for garnish.
