Buffalo turkey meatballs are a baked meatball recipe that is absolutely delicious. They’re made with ground turkey, spices, and a tasty buffalo sauce. Serve them as an appetizer or for dinner!

Super tender turkey meatballs smothered in spicy buffalo sauce are impossible to resist. I often serve them for dinner with a side of creamy cucumber salad , and any leftovers reheat beautifully for lunch the next day.
I also love making these for parties because meatballs are always a hit as an appetizer—and these disappear fast. Serve them with ranch or blue cheese dressing on the side to temper the heat for anyone who prefers a slightly less spicy dish.
Instead of breadcrumbs, I use almond flour, which makes the meatballs very tender. Quick oats work well, too, and if you don’t have either, breadcrumbs are just fine.

Made ahead
You can form the meatballs, then keep them on a covered baking sheet in your fridge until you’re ready to cook them. Or make them completely, then reheat them in the microwave. They reheat really well!
