I start by covering the pizza crust with mozzarella, then spoon my homemade bacon jam over top. Slices of creamy brie go on last, melting into the jam as the pizza bakes. Once it’s in the oven, everything bubbles together into a rich, golden, irresistible pizza.
Because it’s definitely on the indulgent side, I like serving this one with a simple salad to balance things out. It also makes a fantastic crowd-pleasing appetizer or pre-game snack—easy to make, easy to share, and always a hit.

Ingredients
- ▢ 1 medium pizza crust
- ▢ 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- ▢ 1 cup bacon jam (homemade or store-bought)
- ▢ 3 ounces brie cheese (sliced)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Form the pizza dough into a round crust on a baking sheet. Sprinkle the mozzarella over the top then spread the bacon jam on top. 1 medium pizza crust, 1 cup shredded mozzarella, 1 cup bacon jam
- Place the slices of brie cheese on top of the bacon jam, arranging them so that each slice of pizza will have one piece of brie cheese. 3 ounces brie cheese
- Bake the pizza for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and cooked through. Let the pizza rest for 5 minutes before slicing it into 8 pieces.
