This sauce is so good that I included it in the Creamy Avocado Sauce post . This is a staple in our house, and I wanted to ensure everyone had a chance to make it. It was tempting to save it for us Whole30-ers, but sharing is always better.

It’s easy to make in your blender and is so full of flavor.

We like to eat it:

  • For breakfast with eggs and hashbrowns
  • At lunch in veggie wraps
  • With dinner of fish, chicken, and veggies
  • As a snack with veggies (or crackers when we’re not doing the Whole30)

Whole30 Jalapeño Cilantro Chimichurri Sauce

This spicy version of chimichurri is one of my favorites. It’s based on the Whole30 Chimichurri Chicken I shared with you several years ago.

  • Combine the ingredients in your blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

  • Place the dates in a bowl and fill with hot tap water. Let them soak for 10 minutes.
